From start to finish I had a great experience. Mike at the Parker store was very helpful with explaining the different types or carpet and what might work best in the area I was using it in. I brought home samples to try and picked the one I wanted. From that point on Mike took care of scheduling the ordering, the measuring and the installation. The installation team were great at communication and on time for the two days it took them to install- it was a big job. They were respectful of my house and were total professionals when it came to installing the carpet. At the end they cleaned everything up, vacuumed and moved the furniture back. I was very happy with the whole project and would use Carpet Exchange again or refer them to others.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Carpet Exchange in Fort Collins. My account rep, Erik, was incredible! He worked around my schedule and was responsive to my questions. He also periodically checked in to make sure the project was still on track. The next people I want to call out are the crews who did the demo of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet. Megan was great however the email I received as confirmation of the install date and time stated that the driver would text me when he left the warehouse. I never received a text and when I called the service line at the end of my window and told the rep on the line that and he actually laughed! He said they never do that. He reluctantly said he would check with the driver and call me back. 30 minutes later the driver/installer showed but I never received a call back. Installers did a good job.

we were a able to make our choice pretty fast considering all the 100s of choices. We were quoted a price which we thought was good but turns out it was $1500 less than we expected. Win win. We scheduled quickly. the men who came were on time and called before coming. they were fast only 6 hours for living room/dining room and 19 stairs and upstairs landing. they even tightened the two room adjacent to the landing. The were very efficient and did a great job. they took the old carpet and left us with a big remnant which we will use for something. if we need carpet in other rooms we will for sure contact this company.

I needed a piece of carpet pad for a repair. Carpet exchange had the only match to what I already had. I went to the store off of coalmine and wadsworth and ordered what I needed. I was unable to pick it up there and they directed me to the platt river drive store where I picked it up. This is my second time purchasing Shaw carpet from Randy. Very professinal, ensures the price is fair and installation is done right. Needed carpet for my home theater platform/risers used to create stadium seating. Rear platform has two steps and the center one has one step. The first installers did not seem like they wanted to do the job because the platforms had steps that removed like a lid for storage underneath and would require the old carpeting being removed and careful consideraton on how to install new Shaw carper on them matching the new build carpet. Carpet exchange sent a different installer (one guy) the following week and it was so orth the wait becuase he did a fantastic job and understood the importance of the rolled edges and how to keep carpet attached/looking good on the step/lid. Installer took his time and did so well that I tipped him before he left.

Easily the lowest price in town, and for a better selection of tiles and greater quality than we saw at other places. Your biggest competition looks like they have a lot more products, but your inventory has a broader set of styles and sizes. We had an outstanding experience working with Greg at Carpet Exchange. I initially thought Carpet Exchange only did carpet (because of the name!), but we quickly learned they also offer flooring, tile, and even countertops. We were recarpeting our entire house and doing a complete gut renovation of our master bath, kids' bathroom, and powder bath. Greg also helped with our kitchen remodel, including the backsplash, and even assisted with countertops-even though we ultimately went in a different direction.
Greg truly went above and beyond. He came out to measure our entire home, gave thoughtful recommendations, and helped us select the best carpet and tile for our space. He genuinely cared about our selections and used his expertise to guide us, while also being upfront when he thought we should consider other options. Throughout the entire process, he held our hand every step of the way and was exceptional when it came to communication.

The installer, Warley made a trip to Twin Lakes Colorado to look at the job and answer our questions. Started up to do the install, got caught in a snowstorm and had to return to Denver. We were amazed that the installers were able to complete the job-which involved two bedrooms, a long connecting hallway, two small closets off the hallway, and a stairway landing-with just one seam! Beautiful work. We also are very pleased with the memory foam pad that Connie recommended. It feels wonderful underfoot. We took a long time making our decision, and Connie was very helpful and patient throughout. The only thing I would ask be done differently would be for the installers to protect the stairwell from the abrasive carpet backing before hauling the carpet roll upstairs. Because the installers were able to do job with just one seam, the size and weight of the roll was almost too much for the them to carry up the stairs. All in all, great job.

The process was smooth from the start. I already knew what flooring I needed. Went to showroom to get a price. Price was very fair. I was explained the process of having someone come out for measurements and then giving the official go ahead. Then when the product would arrive and when the installation would happen. Everything happened as expected. The installation went fine. I waited a couple of weeks to post the review. I am very happy with the install. I replaced carpet with Shaw luxury vinyl product. I might do stair next but will enjoy the new flooring in the meantime. Happy with the store, the store rep and installers.

We were very impressed with Carpet Exchange in Parker. After looking at a few different company options, this was the most user-friendly. They had many options of color, tread, density, padding, etc. We were able to talk to multiple people in person about exactly what we wanted, as well as try out the different options. Our timeline was a bit tight as we were buying a home and hoping for installation before we moved in. The team members at the Parker location were so helpful in securing the carpet/padding we wanted and making sure we were all set for installation the day after we closed. The carpet was installed quickly and looks/feels great. Not a single 'mishap' has caught my eye. There are some seams that don't look right. I spoke with the installer on the day our carpet was installed. I was told it was because we purchased a plush carpet and pad. If that is the reason why we can see the seams, then we should have been told that at the store when we were selecting our carpet! Better carpet means seams show? That is wrong. I haven't contacted the store yet regarding this but I will soon.

Things seemed to be going well until mid afternoon when the work seemed to grind to a halt for some reason. Later the pace picked back up.
