We purchased the carpet in Parker, Co. We are satisfied with the carpet but the 2 carpet installers were careless with removing the rooms furniture (which we paid for them to do), used no floor protection pads moving furniture. My floors were a mess after they were done requiring mopping and scrubbing where the installlers traveled back and forth between rooms. They were aware of my concerns as I tried to lay down area rugs when they told me they do not use floor protection pads. I would not want these installers back in my home for this reason.

I just had new flooring installed and my experience was awesome. It was very easy to work with Tyler, Frank and Mike at the store as they were very accommodating and really nice guys. Jan and his installation crew were amazing. They did an incredible job and my floors look absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Carpet exchange provided us great customer service - Austin was patient with us during the carpet selection process and, when we were ready for the install, the carpet layers (Edgar and his team) were timely and efficient. They completed the entire carpet install in one day, which was impressive since all our furniture needed to be moved from room to room during the install process. We are very pleased - the color and texture of carpet we selected made our older home smell fresh and look brand new!

I called the store and talked to the Manager to tell him how pleased we were with the carpet and especially how great the installers were. The got here on time, got the job done in one day and cleaned up very well. Would recommend this Carpet Exchange to anyone shopping for carpet.

We just finished two projects and were very satisfied with the results. One project was taking out carpet and having a beautiful plank vinyl flooring put in. Great quality! The second project was replacing carpet on the stairs and in the primary bedroom closet. Also, looks great! Quality products installed by very good installers! Highly recommend Carpet Exchange!

Greg was reliable and informed. If he didn't know the answer to my questions (he found out tho this was rare. He helped me pick out a gorgeous that fit our taste perfectly. It is stunning. 'but then he went a step further and recommend a spectacularly good floor contractor to lay our floors. The outcome was spectacular. We couldn't be happier.

Installers had a mix up getting to the site which involved being later by a couple hours, but once there, they were professional and efficient. They had to grind off the grout from an old tile floor and the finished product was wonderful! They got the vinyl tile to carpet transitions perfect. They cleaned up and left me with some extras, as part of a box. I would use these guys all the time, great job!

Liz was an outstanding sales associate. She showed me options, gave a few suggestions and let me browse at my leisure. She was quick and efficient providing the estimate and is still working with me to schedule the installations. I have a small house and have only so much space to move furniture for the installations. She offered alternatives that enabled me to hold the quoted pricing and was able to offer a discount after finding some of the same carpet at their warehouse. The installers were outstanding as well.

We remodeled our basement and needed to replace the carpet on the stairs. We had currently purchased from Carpet exchange for our bedrooms and upstairs stairway. I called them and they still had the same carpeting in stock. They sent a person to measure our stairway within two days of my call and had a quote to me the nest day. They set up a time for installation that went with my schedule and were in and out in no time. They cleaned up their mess and hauled off the old carpet. I am a very happy customer.

I didn't even have to come into the store. We just wanted to have the carpet replaced in our main bedroom. Thanks to Erin and Amanda, they found the carpet I wanted in my records. The carpet came in quickly.The ladies helped me arrange the timing for my movers to remove my furniture and put it back afterwards. Done in 3 days! 'Easy peasey.'

Our whole experience was great. We worked with Rylee and she was wonderful. In the middle of this process we had a death in the family and Rylee was so good not to put pressure on us until we could process everything. Everything went so smoothly. The installation was so easy the guy that did the install was right on time, very professional, so polite, cleaned up after the install. It was a great experience and if we would need carpet again we would definetly use the company again and would recommend your company to others.

Carpet Exchange has been wonderful, big thanks to Greg Ruff! Whenever we need carpet, LVP, or floor tile, this is where we continue to shop year after year. Our last purchase and install was last week. We are very happy with our carpet, even if the installer took a long time getting the carpet actually installed (8 hours for 1 large room and hallway, I think he was new but also very meticulous). The products have always been of great quality and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

After running into a fiasco with a mountain flooring store in Frisco I, reluctantly, opted to shop the front range. So. Glad. I. Did! The Coretec selection was much the same but at almost half the price. I was able to get the higher end flooring I liked and get it installed for about the same quote as flooring alone from the other store. Matthew, CE's sales rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installer Abdiel and his crew were prompt, full of great suggestions, and clean. When shopping flooring, tile, or area rugs in the future I will go no further East on I 70 than the Golden Carpet Exchange.

I had 2 different folks measure my flooring. Both different. Luckily Jason return 1 box of product before delivery which once the project was completed wasn't needed. Jason also gave me a credit for a strip of extender which perhaps the installers cut have cut more wisely. Peter is a great installer boss. He came in and personally finished up the floors. Had some hesitation about one of his crew. All in all Carpet Exchange stood behind their product/work.

I'm a commercial customer in the restoration business, and I go to Rachel Chalker at Carpet Exchange for all my carpet, and most of my LVP and Tile business. Rachel is top-notch, and such a valued vendor. I and my full team of project managers go to her, and we have several projects in progress at any given time. She's always our first stop for flooring. She's so professional and friendly that I'm confident sending my clients into the showroom to pick out selections. They are always happy. Rachel's colleagues in the order process and the warehouse are always seamless, and their install teams are great. They're always on time, clean, and courteous to my customers. I get consistent positive feedback from my clients when the Carpet Exchange crews are in their homes. Can't recommend Rachel or Carpet Exchange enough!

Product is fine and the individuals within the store are friendly, business and customer oriented, and knowledgeable, Our issues were with the installer group: 1, suppose to visit house to ensure the new flooring would fit in a few tight places like under refrigerator; scheduled and re-scheduled 3 times, 2. when notified of install date-no one arrived, several calls later, the installer had another job which was more important to him so our install was reset for the next day. 3. one very busy and seemed quite skilled man did everything by himself; however, after completion the moving of the stove caused it to cease working, the dishwasher also ceased to work. $200 additional was spent to get the dishwasher operational again and replaced the stove as well. We can recommend the store and crew as well as the product we selected, just a disappointed in the installation effort.

I have been working with Tami on getting my master bedroom carpeted and tiling two bathrooms upstairs. The tiling is already done and OMG it looks amazing. I've had to reschedule the carpet job several times and they worked with me every time. I wouldn't even think about going anyplace else for carpet and tiling.

Carpet Exchange LVP review We recently contracted with Carpet Exchange-COS North to provide us with LVP flooring and installation of the flooring. WE went to the store location and were introduced with Randy. We were looking for a quality LVP flooring at a fair price; Randy hit it out of the park. We shopped around and Carpet Exchange provided us with a high quality product at a very affordable price. Randy had a sample of the flooring Fedex to us a couple days later, and it matched what we were looking for. Then we shopped around for installers, again Carpet Exchange was the winner. On installation day, we received a call from Shane announcing his arrival time. Shane is a 'one man show' and definitely lives up to the challenge. He installed our LVP flooring in a matter of hours; performing intricate cuts and leaving little waste. Shane installed flooring in our mater bedroom, walk-in closet, and top landing with linen closet; he laid the flooring without any transition pieces into the closets or landing. Everything was Awesome, the flooring was flawless; a job well done by one person in a short amount of time. We highly recommend dealing with Randy at the Colorado Springs north location of Carpet Exchange fir quality products at an affordable price and fantastic customer service from the beginning of our project to the end. And for installation, Shane, a contractor from CE, was beyond belief. He is efficient, professional, and personable. Carpet Exchange Carpet review We recently went shopping for carpet and LVP flooring, after visiting several businesses and comparing products and prices, we decided on Carpet Exchange North in Colorado Springs. We met with Randy, who explained about the products and warranties, as well as pricing. He was very personable and knowledgeable about all their products. We wanted a wool berber carpet and he offered us a great product that happened to be on special. Randy informed us that Carpet Exchange dealt with a few Manufacturers that offered them a very good price on their products. On wool carpet was no exception, along with high quality. We did our research and looked for a carpet installer and Randy provided us a contractor that CE deals with, his name was Romero. Romero was a hard worker along with his crew; we found out during the installation, that wool berber carpet is a difficult material to work with, especially during colder weather and particularly on stairs. Romero installed carpet in our two spare bedrooms and 14 stairs; and he did a very good job. He carpeted the stairs as well as the stringers, not an easy task; but Romero made it look easy.

We have enjoyed an excellent carpet purchase and custom whole house multi-floor installation experience with Carpet Exchange as a company, our very knowledgeable & helpful sales person Todd Faulkner, and the highly skilled & detailed oriented installation team. Our carpet installation requirements included detail attention for covering hydronic heated floors with surface exposed tubing throughout the house. The installation team successfully installed 100% of our whole house carpeting without damage to or puncture of our in-floor hydronic heating tubing. We highly recommend Capet Exchange for their wide selection of quality carpets that included hydronic heating compatible carpet choices and the associated under carpet padding.

I want to first thank Harrison Lipschutz, our salesman, who walked us through the differnt style floors and suggested the perfect floor for our needs. These floors were installed in Winter Park, Colorado. He was also able to get samples mailed to our house within days to bring up to see what color worked best for us. We asked that the floor be installed within 3 weeks and it was. Nick, the installer tore out our existing floor and tile, poured leveler and installed the floor. He did any amazing job and called me daily during the process. Other than a little touch up on the basboards (which needed it anyway) and some dusting, there was nothiing else to do. We are so happy with the outcome and recommend them highly!

Mark was very flexible and knowledgeable about the types of carpets. He helped me to choose one to fit my needs and helped from this point to scheduling and installation. It was not an easy install as we decided to do it in 2 phases - upstairs and downstairs - but it all went smoothly in the end.

Great customer service. Excellent choices. Expert advice was so welcome. You don't buy carpet every year. Mike and his team were so helpful and patient. We ended up with a quality product that I feel will last longer than we will. The installer showed up in a snow storm. He worked on his own with speed, skill and efficiency. He did have to call for assistance to lift the carpet as it was terribly heavy. Great job and the carpet looks terrific.

Carpet too expensive for what it is, but it was the only one that even came close to what we needed. No contact info for installers before store opens; this was critical on a snowy morning. However, installers were willing to cut goods in the warehouse to keep us on schedule. BRAVO to them! Friendly and courteous installer team. Minimal wall and baseboard scuffs. Truly professional.

Not our first experience. We close carpet exchange because of previous use. Rachel was excellent to work with. Installers went above and beyond. Very professional. Not always the least expensive, but worth it.

You need to improve your carpet quantity estimating. We had enough leftover/extra carpet to do another room. Your installation crew did an excellent job, however, one of the installers had a habit of leaving big wads of carpet cutting chaff under the carpet steps and I had to ask him to vacuum it up before attaching the stair pieces to the stair treads.
