The installers are by far the thing that makes this location shine above the rest! They are incredibly efficient, master craftsmen, courteous, lovely to work with, go the extra mile, and a family operation. I will go through carpet exchange for their installers every time!

I had q very successful experience with Carpet Exchange. I worked with Jason who was super informative and gave excellent guidelines. The process of choosing is not easy but with his guidance I chose and love how my floor came out. The order and delivery was done within my time schedule. The team of floor installation was as just the best. Super professional and motivated to do a great job with minimal disturbance. My house got a fabulous face/floor lift. I was especially impressed with the installation crews. Our basement floor needed a lot of extra leveling and TLC to accommodate the vinyl plank flooring. This is the third time we've used Carpet Exchange for flooring purchases. They have great selection and are very easy to work with. This last time, we ordered carpet and had it installed. They installed it quickly and removed and took our old carpet with them.

After running into a fiasco with a mountain flooring store in Frisco I, reluctantly, opted to shop the front range. So. Glad. I. Did! The Coretec selection was much the same but at almost half the price. I was able to get the higher end flooring I liked and get it installed for about the same quote as flooring alone from the other store. Matthew, CE's sales rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installer Abdiel and his crew were prompt, full of great suggestions, and clean. When shopping flooring, tile, or area rugs in the future I will go no further East on I 70 than the Golden Carpet Exchange.

I had 2 different folks measure my flooring. Both different. Luckily Jason return 1 box of product before delivery which once the project was completed wasn't needed. Jason also gave me a credit for a strip of extender which perhaps the installers cut have cut more wisely. Peter is a great installer boss. He came in and personally finished up the floors. Had some hesitation about one of his crew. All in all Carpet Exchange stood behind their product/work.

Sales rep, Rylee was excellent to work with. She took the extra steps to assist me in finding the carpet I was looking for. In fact, she and Taylor, another sales rep, took an extra step above and beyond their job duties to help me move a 50' TV that I was unable to move. The installers did an excellent job too. I'm a commercial customer in the restoration business, and I go to Rachel Chalker at Carpet Exchange for all my carpet, and most of my LVP and Tile business. Rachel is top-notch, and such a valued vendor. I and my full team of project managers go to her, and we have several projects in progress at any given time. She's always our first stop for flooring. She's so professional and friendly that I'm confident sending my clients into the showroom to pick out selections. They are always happy. Rachel's colleagues in the order process and the warehouse are always seamless, and their install teams are great. They're always on time, clean, and courteous to my customers. I get consistent positive feedback from my clients when the Carpet Exchange crews are in their homes. Can't recommend Rachel or Carpet Exchange enough!

After ordering rugs from Amazon and Home Depot and being disappointed by receiving carpets that did not look like what I saw online, I decided to visit Carpet Exchange. I should have gone there, to begin with! I purchased a gorgeous excellent quality carpet for the same price I would have bought it online, but with the fabulous customer service provided by Carpet Exchange.

Product is fine and the individuals within the store are friendly, business and customer oriented, and knowledgeable, Our issues were with the installer group: 1, suppose to visit house to ensure the new flooring would fit in a few tight places like under refrigerator; scheduled and re-scheduled 3 times, 2. when notified of install date-no one arrived, several calls later, the installer had another job which was more important to him so our install was reset for the next day. 3. one very busy and seemed quite skilled man did everything by himself; however, after completion the moving of the stove caused it to cease working, the dishwasher also ceased to work. $200 additional was spent to get the dishwasher operational again and replaced the stove as well. We can recommend the store and crew as well as the product we selected, just a disappointed in the installation effort.

I have been working with Tami on getting my master bedroom carpeted and tiling two bathrooms upstairs. The tiling is already done and OMG it looks amazing. I've had to reschedule the carpet job several times and they worked with me every time. I wouldn't even think about going anyplace else for carpet and tiling.

Carpet Exchange LVP review We recently contracted with Carpet Exchange-COS North to provide us with LVP flooring and installation of the flooring. WE went to the store location and were introduced with Randy. We were looking for a quality LVP flooring at a fair price; Randy hit it out of the park. We shopped around and Carpet Exchange provided us with a high quality product at a very affordable price. Randy had a sample of the flooring Fedex to us a couple days later, and it matched what we were looking for. Then we shopped around for installers, again Carpet Exchange was the winner. On installation day, we received a call from Shane announcing his arrival time. Shane is a 'one man show' and definitely lives up to the challenge. He installed our LVP flooring in a matter of hours; performing intricate cuts and leaving little waste. Shane installed flooring in our mater bedroom, walk-in closet, and top landing with linen closet; he laid the flooring without any transition pieces into the closets or landing. Everything was Awesome, the flooring was flawless; a job well done by one person in a short amount of time. We highly recommend dealing with Randy at the Colorado Springs north location of Carpet Exchange fir quality products at an affordable price and fantastic customer service from the beginning of our project to the end. And for installation, Shane, a contractor from CE, was beyond belief. He is efficient, professional, and personable. Carpet Exchange Carpet review We recently went shopping for carpet and LVP flooring, after visiting several businesses and comparing products and prices, we decided on Carpet Exchange North in Colorado Springs. We met with Randy, who explained about the products and warranties, as well as pricing. He was very personable and knowledgeable about all their products. We wanted a wool berber carpet and he offered us a great product that happened to be on special. Randy informed us that Carpet Exchange dealt with a few Manufacturers that offered them a very good price on their products. On wool carpet was no exception, along with high quality. We did our research and looked for a carpet installer and Randy provided us a contractor that CE deals with, his name was Romero. Romero was a hard worker along with his crew; we found out during the installation, that wool berber carpet is a difficult material to work with, especially during colder weather and particularly on stairs. Romero installed carpet in our two spare bedrooms and 14 stairs; and he did a very good job. He carpeted the stairs as well as the stringers, not an easy task; but Romero made it look easy.

We have enjoyed an excellent carpet purchase and custom whole house multi-floor installation experience with Carpet Exchange as a company, our very knowledgeable & helpful sales person Todd Faulkner, and the highly skilled & detailed oriented installation team. Our carpet installation requirements included detail attention for covering hydronic heated floors with surface exposed tubing throughout the house. The installation team successfully installed 100% of our whole house carpeting without damage to or puncture of our in-floor hydronic heating tubing. We highly recommend Capet Exchange for their wide selection of quality carpets that included hydronic heating compatible carpet choices and the associated under carpet padding.

I want to first thank Harrison Lipschutz, our salesman, who walked us through the differnt style floors and suggested the perfect floor for our needs. These floors were installed in Winter Park, Colorado. He was also able to get samples mailed to our house within days to bring up to see what color worked best for us. We asked that the floor be installed within 3 weeks and it was. Nick, the installer tore out our existing floor and tile, poured leveler and installed the floor. He did any amazing job and called me daily during the process. Other than a little touch up on the basboards (which needed it anyway) and some dusting, there was nothiing else to do. We are so happy with the outcome and recommend them highly!

Great customer service. Excellent choices. Expert advice was so welcome. You don't buy carpet every year. Mike and his team were so helpful and patient. We ended up with a quality product that I feel will last longer than we will. The installer showed up in a snow storm. He worked on his own with speed, skill and efficiency. He did have to call for assistance to lift the carpet as it was terribly heavy. Great job and the carpet looks terrific.

Carpet too expensive for what it is, but it was the only one that even came close to what we needed. No contact info for installers before store opens; this was critical on a snowy morning. However, installers were willing to cut goods in the warehouse to keep us on schedule. BRAVO to them! Friendly and courteous installer team. Minimal wall and baseboard scuffs. Truly professional.

You need to improve your carpet quantity estimating. We had enough leftover/extra carpet to do another room. Your installation crew did an excellent job, however, one of the installers had a habit of leaving big wads of carpet cutting chaff under the carpet steps and I had to ask him to vacuum it up before attaching the stair pieces to the stair treads.

The early arrival of the carpets left me scrambling to find someone who could take delivery of the 4 rugs since I was out-of-state when I got a phone call that the delivery truck was 30 minutes away! I can't say enough about my experience with Rachel Chalker, she patiently guided me through the process of 3 major projects, granite countertops, LVP flooring, and carpeting. Randy, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and professional. We did have one minor snag when we requested a pattern match carpet for our stairs that was different than the rest of the carpet. Since it was a pattern match carpet, the required quantity almost doubled for the stairs which increased the price. We would not have considered that carpet for the stairs had we known. But in the end we went back to the original carpet for the stairs and all was good. The installers were fast and accurate.

We initially had a problem with the installation of the carpet because we were not aware that the padding we chose was made of memory foam, which we physically reacted to. Carpet Exchange stood behind their guarantee that they would ensure we were happy with the installation, so they worked with us to replace the padding to one that worked for us.

Told Mike Peterson what we wanted, and his knowledge took us to the carpets that met our requirements. When you purchase carpet, go to a carpet store. Carpet Exchange has a great selection and knowledgeable staff. The installers also did a quality job.

The only 2 issue we had was the installers after scraping/prying up old tack board used a broom and dust pan to clean up. This left a lot of dut on out fire place hearth that we had to clean up. The other was I asked them to leave the extra carpet and padding. I was told they typically return it to to the store. I call the store and verified that it was our to keep since we paid fir it. They did not leave the padding. Overall great service and did a great job with out tranisions.

While we had seen the ads and stores here and there, we really didn't know very much about Carpet Exchange. We were talking with remodel contractors and were not completely comfortable with timeframes, costs and materials selection. We wandered in to your store and were greeted by Christopher, who gave us our space and "checked-in" with us at appropriate intervals (he didn't "hover" and he wasn't pushy). Almost immediately we found materials that we really liked. Christopher took our selections and made some excellent recommendations of additional materials to review. To our surprise within about an hour we had selected flooring, countertops. sinks, and backsplashes / grout to do the two bathroom refreshes we had planned, plus new flooring for our Laundry room. Christopher had it all lined out, itemized and priced very quickly. The subsequent install (a few weeks later) was well coordinated and utilized skilled workers that were courteous and professional. Throughout the process, any questions that we had (mostly because we forgot a detail or two here and there) were answered promptly and in a courteous fashion - even when it was the third time I had asked the same question!
