I can't say enough about my experience with Rachel Chalker, she patiently guided me through the process of 3 major projects, granite countertops, LVP flooring, and carpeting. She personally came out with Alberto (LVP) installer and did the measurements. Every installer was professional, prompt and masterful. Rachel's communication was top notch and kept me in the loop every step of the way. A HUGE THANK YOU to Rachel, Alberto and the numerous installation experts, all of them went above and beyond!!

Randy, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and professional. We did have one minor snag when we requested a pattern match carpet for our stairs that was different than the rest of the carpet. Since it was a pattern match carpet, the required quantity almost doubled for the stairs which increased the price. We would not have considered that carpet for the stairs had we known. But in the end we went back to the original carpet for the stairs and all was good. The installers were fast and accurate.

We initially had a problem with the installation of the carpet because we were not aware that the padding we chose was made of memory foam, which we physically reacted to. Carpet Exchange stood behind their guarantee that they would ensure we were happy with the installation, so they worked with us to replace the padding to one that worked for us.

Team arrived on time. They were very polite, did an excellent job replacing kitchen floor and moving all heavy appliances and furniture that we were unable to move. Also did a very good job of removing old flooring, cleaning up, and replacing molding.

Store manager Jimmy Dadiotis was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. All aspects of the project were accomplished in a timely manner. Omar and most of his crew were excellent craftsmen and were always willing to help us with large and heavy furniture. This was a large and sometimes tedious installation that was completed on time and as expected.

Great experience. We asked a lot of questions ans took a long time to to make our choice. We even changed a color at the last minute. Greg Warner guided us through this experience (that can be stressful) and we're very happy with the results. I will recommend to all my friends. Great experience!

Told Mike Peterson what we wanted, and his knowledge took us to the carpets that met our requirements. When you purchase carpet, go to a carpet store. Carpet Exchange has a great selection and knowledgeable staff. The installers also did a quality job.

The only 2 issue we had was the installers after scraping/prying up old tack board used a broom and dust pan to clean up. This left a lot of dut on out fire place hearth that we had to clean up. The other was I asked them to leave the extra carpet and padding. I was told they typically return it to to the store. I call the store and verified that it was our to keep since we paid fir it. They did not leave the padding. Overall great service and did a great job with out tranisions.

While we had seen the ads and stores here and there, we really didn't know very much about Carpet Exchange. We were talking with remodel contractors and were not completely comfortable with timeframes, costs and materials selection. We wandered in to your store and were greeted by Christopher, who gave us our space and "checked-in" with us at appropriate intervals (he didn't "hover" and he wasn't pushy). Almost immediately we found materials that we really liked. Christopher took our selections and made some excellent recommendations of additional materials to review. To our surprise within about an hour we had selected flooring, countertops. sinks, and backsplashes / grout to do the two bathroom refreshes we had planned, plus new flooring for our Laundry room. Christopher had it all lined out, itemized and priced very quickly. The subsequent install (a few weeks later) was well coordinated and utilized skilled workers that were courteous and professional. Throughout the process, any questions that we had (mostly because we forgot a detail or two here and there) were answered promptly and in a courteous fashion - even when it was the third time I had asked the same question!

Our trip to find carpet was made easy by the sales person (Matthew Morgan) as he informed us of carpet types, quality, the ability to take carpet pieces home for color, etc. The whole process was simplified and pretty easy overall. Although the installation day was busy and exhausting for all, the installers were very efficient and we are pleased with the results.

Over the years we have purchased carpet as well as area rugs. I've always found the sales person very helpful with their knowledge of the products as well as never being too aggressive with selling. My last experience was with Randy. He helped me find the right carpet as well as flooring. Unfortunately the person who measured for the carpet miscalculated and the carpet layer ran out of carpet. Randy handled the situation well and took full responsibility. We received the needed carpet quickly. Eloy, the carpet installer, did a great job both times. He is very experienced and we were very pleased with his work. All in all we are very satisfied with the results!

I just wanted to alert you about the carpet I purchased. I love the pattern and how it beads up if something is spilled on it. Unfortunately we have a small dog whose nails snag the loops. We didn't think of that. Just a warning to future customers. I'm constantly trimming so the carpet doesn't unravel. Deb

Dave Radik was exceptional. With his product knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help he really made the experience so seamless for myself and my client. The inventory is such a wide variety it really is a one stop shop! The trade discounts offered to designers is a plus and my clients are always so pleased. Dave was great with follow up and checking in, as well as checking in after install too. He cares and takes pride and it shows!!! The installers were excellent as well and the quality of rugs and carpets carried here is top notch. I ordered Karastan Carpet and had it bound for a 8x10 area rug. I love having an actual piece of carpet rather than a regular area rug. I can vacuum it like a normal carpet. Even though it's a very light cream color it's still like new. The specs said it was Stain resistant including Pet Stain Resistant. My dog has had a few accidents and even after just blotting with toilet paper as a first step the stain was gone! I was amazed! I've had stain resistant carpet before and it never performed like this one does. A very happy customer!

Carpet purchase was good. However, when installers arrived, no one could speak English and did not understand that they needed to finish 2 of the bigger rooms in order for them to come back the next day and do the 2 bedrooms. These bedrooms were full of big furniture and we had workers lined up to move the furniture to the finished areas after installers left. It didn't seem like they understood that process so we called the store and more workers came. And they got those areas done that day. Then they said they would come back the following day in the morning but they didn't. They came in the afternoon after we called. The craftmanship was fine but not outstanding like our upstairs which was done around 4 years ago.

The installation work of laminate and carpet was excellent. However, you charged us for an entire extra box of laminate, your error in calculation, and would not let us return it for refund. That stinks. You could have and should have measured more accurately, and should not profit from your mistake by not letting us return the unopened box for a refund!

I don't buy flooring very often, and therefore I knew I needed to not only find products I liked, but a staff that I could work with. I like nice things and would never settle for products that are going to wear out or not last. I needed a person that I could trust, who would outline considerations to reflect on and how to make good decisions. Flooring can be expensive. I drove from Denver to Westminster frequently to meet with him. I did this because I knew he would help me achieve my goals. You need to like your salesperson. I found a great person named Alec at the Westminster store. He helped me understand the processes and the products. Maybe, I was lucky. But you can be too, if you just go to the right company, and connect with a great salesperson. I recommend Alec. and Carpet Exchange in Westminster for all your flooring needs.
