Our salesperson, Quincy, was very informed about the carpet products, came to our house to measure and was available by phone on the day of installation, to handle a minor glitch. He also followed up quickly with cost quotes. The installers were respectful, polite and experienced, and the carpet looks gorgeous. Carpet Exchange is phenomenal! They recently did a beautiful job replacing the carpet in our master bedroom and its walk-in closet, an office, two other bedrooms, a large family room and hallway, and the stairs going down. They did the installation in one day. The crew was friendly, fast and efficient. When I pointed out that the bi-fold accordion doors in the office closet had a problem and flopped around, they fixed it!
That was in sharp contrast to our experience with Empire Today. We had a contract with Empire, but received a telephone call about 10 AM the day before their scheduled installation that the carpet we ordered would not be available for several more weeks, and we had already dismantled our house! We cancelled the Empire contract and immediately went to Carpet Exchange. They got the job done quickly even though they had to get the carpet in from out of state. The Carpet Exchange cost was significantly less even though Empire had advertised a very large discount.

I highly recommend Carpet Exchange. We originally chose Home Depot, but it took two weeks to get someone to measure our space. Because of a tight timeline, I went with Carpet Exchange, they measured the same day! We got it delivered and installed in two weeks! The experience on this project led me to the perception that the sales, project management and sub-contractors were not able to achieve doing it right the first time which requires a better understanding of the customer situation as well as the potential problem due to the change in the thinner thickness of the carpet. When we reported the deficiencies on the installation to the sales and asked for correction, the response was so unprofessional that my wife was very upset. However, I am very pleased that the store manager was able to understand when he was notified, and responded professionally and courtiously.

Mike Landers was excellent. He made sure everything was perfect from measuring my rooms, to arranging for the services. He took care of some minor issues in a timely fashion. The hardwood flooring installers were great, even though they couldn't remove the LVP that was installed previously because of a commercial adhesive that another company used to install it, Mike worked with them to arrange a work around. They moved all my furniture and returned to put it back in place after the carpet was installed.

I went in and looked around before returning and actually purchasing an area rug. I was thankful that I wasn't followed around the store or hounded. Riss da Silva is your secret weapon. She is your MVP and probably the most underrated person in your company. From start to finish I had a great experience. Mike at the Parker store was very helpful with explaining the different types or carpet and what might work best in the area I was using it in. I brought home samples to try and picked the one I wanted. From that point on Mike took care of scheduling the ordering, the measuring and the installation. The installation team were great at communication and on time for the two days it took them to install- it was a big job. They were respectful of my house and were total professionals when it came to installing the carpet. At the end they cleaned everything up, vacuumed and moved the furniture back. I was very happy with the whole project and would use Carpet Exchange again or refer them to others.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Carpet Exchange in Fort Collins. My account rep, Erik, was incredible! He worked around my schedule and was responsive to my questions. He also periodically checked in to make sure the project was still on track. The next people I want to call out are the crews who did the demo of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet. They demonstrated a strong can-do attitude throughout the process and went above and beyond in every respect. I couldn't be more pleased! Megan was great however the email I received as confirmation of the install date and time stated that the driver would text me when he left the warehouse. I never received a text and when I called the service line at the end of my window and told the rep on the line that and he actually laughed! He said they never do that. He reluctantly said he would check with the driver and call me back. 30 minutes later the driver/installer showed but I never received a call back. Installers did a good job.

we were a able to make our choice pretty fast considering all the 100s of choices. We were quoted a price which we thought was good but turns out it was $1500 less than we expected. Win win. We scheduled quickly. the men who came were on time and called before coming. they were fast only 6 hours for living room/dining room and 19 stairs and upstairs landing. they even tightened the two room adjacent to the landing. The were very efficient and did a great job. they took the old carpet and left us with a big remnant which we will use for something. if we need carpet in other rooms we will for sure contact this company.

I needed a piece of carpet pad for a repair. Carpet exchange had the only match to what I already had. I went to the store off of coalmine and wadsworth and ordered what I needed. I was unable to pick it up there and they directed me to the platt river drive store where I picked it up. Every one was very nice and helpful at both stores and the price was better than another store I looked into. Thanks for the good service!
