Sales personnel were excellent. Time from order to delivery was good. The installers were excellent and completed everything in a very professional manner. My main problem was that the original delivery was scheduled for 0800 to 1030. I called to verify delivery time around 1030 and they seemed to be unaware that they had not arrived yet. They called back and said the original delivery team leader had a family emergency so they were arranging for another team to arrive 1100am to 1 pm. I called again at about 1pm to find they were looking for a third team to come out. The last group of installers finally showed up at 2:20pm! Please just keep us advised of true arrival times and follow up to ensure installers actually arrive!

Did not have enough carpet on install date. Did about 30% of job and had to return 2 weeks later to finish the job. This created a lot of extra work on our part. Eventually completed the job. The installation crew was great. One small seam problem needs to be fixed.

We built our home in 2004 and used Carpet Exchange for the entire flooring and bathroom packages including carpeting, extensive ceramic and marble tile and wood flooring. In 2025, we needed to replace the master shower and contacted Carpet Exchange again. Stephanie (sales rep) was awesome. Great knowledge and came out to evaluate our situation and provide measurements for material order. We used the store's installation contractor (Scott and Jeff). All the material arrived on time, and the project progressed in a timely manner. Great customer-care. Called every morning before arriving. Assisted greatly in repair of the damaged flooring. Explained each day's steps and the next day's schedule (which was never altered.) We love the workmanship. And we love the NEW SHOWER. Thank you, Carpet Exchange.

very good but we expected 2-3 day install but it was done in one. OK, but had to juggle a bit. Vacuuming of carpet after installation was not thorough.

The purchase was fine, no issues there. Unfortunately, the installer was not. He arrived over an hour after the scheduled time that he had picked. He had a strong smell of smoke and body odor. Lastly, he scuffed up the walls, which then had to be repainted.

We purchased the carpet that we first looked at in the store. We had We had 4 bedroom with closets, two addiditioal walk in Closets and two staircases re-carpeted. Also we had all the floors painted with KILZ floor sealer. Minor pet stains but wanted to make sure no odors would seap through. Alot of work for my wife and I to clear the way and put everything back. Two full days and evenings. We'll worth it. We love our new carpet. No more pet odors. Our installers were hard working and detailed oriented. I would recommend Carpet exchange to my friends and family.

Rob Bowman and the 2 crews he had working at my house were exceptional! Three years ago I used the Littleton Carpet Exchange to replace old carpet with laminate flooring on the mail level of my house. Since then I realized how much the laminate flooring is much better than carpet, so much that I used them again this month to put laminate flooring throughout my whole house and updated the carpet on my stairs. Both jobs turned out great. The craftsmanship from each job was done perfectly and I highly recommend Littleton Carpet Exchange for any service you are thinking about.

Worked with Rob Bowman and he provided excellent advice and service throughout the process. Very helpful in showing me samples and alternatives for my house, let me run the sample home (2 miles away) so I could see how it looked in my home, very prompt in getting me a quote and was very accommodating about my install date since I would be traveling for a month. All went according to plan. Truly a professional organization! The carpet installers were also great! Very careful with my furniture and baseboards. Put everything back where it was. They did a great job. This was a tricky install bc it had a stripe in it. I could not be happier with the entire experience!

We absolutely love our new flooring and carpeting. Every employee at the Littleton location is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. John Bess is outstanding and worked with us every step of the way, including price adjustment when an issue arose with our current floor. He did not have to do this but by doing so it helped us out with costs. He is always on top of things and is willing to work with you. I highly recommend the Littleton location and John Bess.

Service at the store was great, no high pressure tactics were used trying to sell us carpeting.the installers were fantastic,showed up on time and got the job done very quickly. I would definitely recommend tenfold .

Experience was very good with our sales person. When the guys installed the carpet, it looks great except for an obvious seam at the doorway of the bedroom. We texted the sales person but not heard back. We did mention it to the installers but they just said we would have to walk on it for it to disappear. This happened the last time we had carpet installed and it buckled at the seams.

Very good quality, fast delivery installers prompt, professional

The carpeting had to be replaced in a house I'd recently purchased. Not all the flooring was damaged, so I only replaced some with carpet and the rest with hard flooring. This would have been much easier if a rep from Carpet Exchange were allowed to come to the house once selections were made to ensure they would be a good fit for the house. Some flooring samples were attached to hard boards, while others were the actual size/depth. This made is seem as if the actual sample was the sample as what was ordered. Depth was not discussed nor were offers made to double check selections. Aside from the carpet and padding, which had to be chosen due house having radiant floor heating, only one selection was the dimension/depth/width that was needed. Extra materials will be needed to blend the thresholds to the flooring at additional costs. On the day of carpet installation, a crew arrived like a whirlwind quickly taking over the rooms to be carpeted. It was made clear to me and others that the tack strips were to remain and that only where necessary (missing pieces) were they to be replaced. Apparently, the order showed tack strips as if all were to be replaced. We had several discussions prior to this day that we should leave existing tack strips in place. This caused the initial problems when I heard loud hammering and banging in the floors, like the sound of nails begin hammered into the floors. I went upstairs to ask the installers what they were doing and that no nails should be used, and that the tack strips (which were in very good condition and better than the ones they brought) were to remain in place. The lead, who didn't speak English well, became confrontational and wouldn't listen to me. It was clear he didn't like to be questioned nor spoken to by a woman. I hate to say it, but he was extremely combative and beyond rude. He basically had a negative conversation in front of his other 2 workers, also not English speaking, and in front of me that had a tone of insolence and disrespect toward me, by the looks on their faces. The lead then announced that he was leaving and wouldn't finish the job. As abruptly as they came in, they grabbed what they had brought, including the paddings, and hustled back to the garage. They started to take all the old tack strips, but I asked and motioned for the worker to leave them. They have removed a significant amount and had begun replacing new ones in some of the room by nailing them to the floor. One of my other workers spoke to the lead to find out what was going on, and this lead had an altogether different tone with him, saying he'd paid for the tack strips and glue and would out the money. I contacted Carpet Exchange in Golden, but my rep wasn't in. I spoke with someone there who put me in touch with a manager. Dan was very understanding and helpful and had another crew come back to the house by about 1pm. They were night and day from the first crew. Very nice, polite, helpful and were the ones who saw what the first crew had done (nailing tack strips (2"nails) into a radiant heating floor. This new lead knew at once why the first crew ran away in such a hurry and tried to take the old strips. He said it was wrong what they did. The new crew stayed for about 6 hours, but due to the lost time from the first crew weren't able to finish. They are returning today to finish. So far, the job is going well, and they are both efficient and respectful, and polite. So far, the rest of the flooring install is going well (not done by Carpet Exchange). I don't know if I'll need to use Carpet Exchange in the future, but time will tell.

I walked into the store and was greeted right away by Julie Reed. She was very friendly and wanted to know what she could help me with. I came in for carpet and luxury vinyl in the beginning. Julie was not pushy. She listened to what I had say and gave me options to look at. I came back into the store seven or eight times, before I made my decision, she never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She always made me feel like I was the most important person to her. I so appreciate her professionalism, her excellent customer service, and her overall patience with me. My recommendation is if you're looking for flooring, ask for Julie Reed she will 100% get you what you need.

I rate my overall purchase of carpet & installation with "five" stars. Todd was most helpful with the selection of carpet and the two people who installed the carpet were "outstanding". Their job was to install carpet on the front porch of my house. They were very particular in cutting the carpet, gluing it down. then putting the rubber edging around the edge of the carpet on my porch with 3 steps. Also, the spindles are perfect, they, were working with the temperature in the 90's & this porch does not have a roof, so they were out in the sun on concrete where it was hot! I've had a lot of compliments from family & neighbors. KUDO's to the installers. There is one thing that bothers me--it was in the 90's the day they installed the carpet, but it rained for a week after that & the carpet was soaked. I hope the carpet is still glued down. Is it possible to have someone (like the installers) check it out for me?

John and Leah Bess were awesome to work with and made the whole buying experience great. Mario and his installation team did an incredible job of moving all our furniture and then putting it all back in its proper place. With a disabled son on life support, this made the whole carpet removal and install process worry free. Thank you!

Sales person was very helpful in assisting us in matching our new purchase to an existing carpet color/type. Installation crew let us know their approximate arrival time and they arrived very close to that time. They did an excellent installation job and moved the heavy furniture out of the room and returned it. They also did a good job of cleaning up before they left. We have purchased carpeting several times from Carpet Exchange and have never been disappointed.

Quick, on time, friendly

I had a very unique application for a carpet for a sailboat. It was a complicated pattern with rubber backing and binding around all the edges. It was expensive because all the scrap and all the labor to put binding around the entire perimeter with complicated holes and seams, but it turned out great and have the scraps and plan to get a couple other pieces bound by their provider. Shiela was great at communicating along the way and it was completed ahead of schedule.

She patiently walked me through the various LVP and carpets available, explaining the differences in quality, durability, price, etc. The house we were updating is in the mountains, 75 miles from Denver. She made sure that everything was in place for the measurements, order, and install. I was surprised at how quickly everything happened. The measurements and install were done very professionally and they patiently answered all my questions. Hats off and thank you to the whole team!!

I can tell where they put the seam in the living room. A strip about 4 feet wide looks like a different color or they switched the pattern. Will take a picture to the store to see what they say. Otherwise great job but I can definitely tell there is a difference. I have vacuumed and it is still shows.

I called and Greg took my call and order of additional tile over the phone and could tell in which the urgency I needed it in. He was great! He even called me on Sunday to let me know it arrived early and had it waiting for me at his desk . I got my toilet and my kitchen is now finished!

My daughter recommended Carpet Exchange, and Rob King specifically. He was wonderful from start to finish. There were a few glitches along the way with product delivery but Rob was on it. The installer, Val, was also very helpful. It's difficult when working with so many vendors, etc. they can be very unpredictable. Val was very professional and helped me out with a difficult judgement call and came up with an amazing solution . I would recommend Rob and Val and Carpet Exchange to anyone.

Brock was great and he handled a difficult tenant situation very well. This delayed the process but he was able to deliver and install on our time frame and the carpet looks amazing. I highly recommend this company for a great experience!!!

The two men were nice, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and glued down a board that was not properly glued when installed that was butted up next to the room getting the carpet. I only had access to that board once the carpet was removed. They fixed it for me which was awesome.

My husband and I had been wanting new carpet for a while. We've bought flooring from Carpet Exchange before so we decided to go back. We were immediately greeted by Jason Homer who is the store manager. He was happy to show us around the store so we could get a better idea of what we wanted. After bringing home samples we ultimately decided on a Karastan wool because it was beautiful and on sale. Jason got us the best price and we waited for delivery and installation. The installers were polite and did a good job, but when they were doing the stairs one of them notified us that we were short six steps. He said he would be able to finish the job temporarily until they could order new carpet to replace it. We agreed and told him to go ahead. After finishing we inspected the stairs and they looked fine. After they left I went upstairs toward the bedroom and noticed a black spot on the carpet. I reached down to touch it and some of it came off on my hand. At this point I started panicking because I had read wool carpet is difficult to clean once a stain has set! I don't even know how it got there! We contacted Jason and he said he would help us. He contacted Casey Rounds who is their carpet cleaner guy and he came out a couple days later. He didn't seem worried at all and got to work. I was concerned the stain had set but it didn't even take him 10 minutes to get it out. I still don't know how the stain got there, but it doesn't matter because it's gone and I can't see a single trace of it. I was so relieved and of course there was no charge. After a few weeks the installers came back to replace the carpet that was patched on the stairs. It didn't take them long to finish the job and now that it's complete we are very happy. Both my husband and I were impressed with the way Carpet Exchange handled our entire experience, especially when things went wrong. It's one thing to sell a carpet to clients but another thing to take care of things so quickly when unexpected problems arise. Jason, Casey and the installers were all professional, polite and expedient. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy!

The attention to detail to level the floor, guide us on the pattern, cut the tile, lay the tile, grout, and replace the base boards for our front hall was well worth the 7 days. Greg Warner has been amazing to work with as a contractor. My clients are always satisfied with him when they come down to the store to j quite on products. He has been honest, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable in all the products in the store.

Our overall experience was very good, we felt that we received quality product at a competitive price. The carpet is very nice and the installation was professional. Our sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful whenever we went into the store but response to voice messages and email inquiries could've been improved. We were a bit disappointed that we didn't receive any follow-up communication post installation to ask how everything went and provide maintenance and care suggestions.

At first I was not sure about doing business with Carpet Exchange due to a curfuffle early on. I decided to return and give 'em a 2nd chance. To that end, Jim, our sales person was spectacular. The employee at the store helped us zero in on the type of carpet we needed and provided us with several samples to take home. We found exactly what we wanted and came back to the store to show what we wanted. We were quickly given a cost estimate, and two days later had our house measured. The final price was close to the estimated amount. Around 10 days later we had the carpet installed and everything went smoothly. We love our house again, and other than the work we had to do to move all our smaller stuff out of the way, Carpet Exchange made it really easy.

The service was great from the moment I went into this store to the installation. The entire process was easy and everyone was extremely nice & professional. I also appreciated that the installer was thorough and did a great job cleaning up when he was done. The only concern I had was there were several dirty/stains on the remnant to be installed; however the installer discussed with me what he could do and was able to cut out a good section to install. I have a large piece left that is soiled/stained that I am trying to get the stains out so I can use and not waste the remaining piece. The installer gave me some suggestions of which some have worked. I have tried some other methods as well.

Very good experience with Kim at the Havana store. Installation for three rooms and two sets of stairs was completed in one day.
