Area rugs and all other products ship through the manufacturer unless it’s listed under our “Shop From Home” page. Those products ship from our warehouse.

Yes, free samples are available to order online for products listed on this page: https://carpetexchange.com/store-pickup.html Simply select the "Order Sample" button and fill out the form provided to receive your sample.
We will credit your account upon verification of the product being returned in new and saleable condition. Credits may take up to 15 days after being delivered.
We offer a 30 day in-home trial for area rugs. You can return any area rug purchased online within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer must pay for return shipping to the manufacturer. Shipping costs vary and will depend on the weight and size of rug. Please email orders@carpetexchange.com to start the return process.
