Everything leading up to the install was great. The only issue was the carpet installers were very late, i finished up the tile edging clean up and they recommended I call them directly for our next project because he could get us the carpet cheaper by going directly with him for the purchase and install. I would have fired him on the spot if he was one of my employees. The carpet itself is great and looking forward to enjoying it for many, many years.

I had purchased carpet from another company and had several issues with them. I went to their corporate office and was able to cancel my order. I went to Carpet Exchange. The difference in companies was noncomparissance. Julie took care of all my needs. I was in a frantic, because I needed carpet in 3 days and I canceled with the other store. Julie was able to help me. I picked out carpet that was in stock. Julie got it set up to be delivered in 3 days. The delivery guys were also amazing and polite. I will never, go anywhere else for my flooring needs. I highly recommend using Carpet Exchange, you won't be disappointed at all. YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!!

I highly recommend Carpet Exchange. I received a quote over a year ago for carpet and had some unexpected expenses come up that prevented me from completing our project. The time had come to now get the carpet taken care of so I reached out to two other businesses for quotes. They were significantly higher than the original quote I received from Rachel Chalker at Carpet Exchange. I went back to Rachel and asked if she could rebid my project thinking inflation costs had gone up since the other two bids were so much higher. She honored the original quote. Carpet was ordered and installed on the day she promised. The three installers were on time and did an amazing job. They were very professional, talented, worked very hard and did not leave any clean up for me to do afterwards. I was so impressed. I wish my other house projects would run as smoothly as working with Carpet Exchange.

Mitchell was great at educating us and helping us find the right carpet. Luis and Alex were OUTSTANDING doing the installation, including staying after 7 pm to finish up so that we weren't stuck with a house with furniture everywhere. Cleaned up behind themselves, and were very nice. Overall a great experience!

I had a very good experience with Dave Haberacker, excellent sales person, actually he took care of everything for me.

Salesperson was great. Carpet is great. Delivery was 3 hours late and took longer than we were told it would. Delivery/install crew were great guys, and we enjoyed them, but we could have used a second installer on the 2nd day. They worked their rears off but didn't seem to have enough help on day 2. They took on too much work before our scheduled install and didn't get it finished in time to meet our scheduled delivery. Ran into small problems with carpet being laid out too tight and having to get creative to have enough. Therefore, the carpet on our stairs was installed in pieces instead of as one long run. Head installer says it will perform as we expect but my husband is unsure. He took the info to Salesperson and we're waiting on a resolution. Overall, we're very happy with sales staff, product, and install crew. Will use Carpet Exchange again if we ever need new carpet.

Our salesman, Patrick Doyle was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very thorough with explaining all the financial aspects of prepayments for ordering the carpet. The order went smoothly, and the install was professional. The installer, Ray, arrived on time, and was very skilled at his trade. He was very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. The install and new carpet are beautiful. I highly recommend Carpet Exchange and will use them again.

We bought a Karastan carpet for hallway and two bedrooms. We compared with other carpet stores and found that the same carpet and install was about 600 dollars cheaper. We have dealt with Carpet Exchange previously and found their process in sales very easy to follow and their selections were better than those from our local store in Laramie. The installers were timely and was able to be completed in less than 4 hours. It was done very well with great looking seams. We were very pleases with the overall process, result, and cost.

Doris at Carpet Exchange has helped us with numerous large and small projects. We have had nothing but the best professional customer service. Bob and his son do the best LVP installs, they are fast and it always looks great!

Sales service was awesome, measure at home went really well. I knew there would be a mess, but I had no idea that the installers don't really clean up "their" mess. After they walked all over flooring w/ grit on their feet, scratches to be expected, but did not expect to have to clean off glue/silicone all over the floor (every time they set their caulking gun down....it oozed out on the floor). We are still cleaning it off. I don't believe they really scanned the floor for imperfections....we have one board that after you got the first layer of grit off, you could tell it was manufactured incorrectly, but there it is in the middle of my floor. All in all, still satisfied, but don't think the installers go much beyond installing (checking boards, cleaning up after themselves, or knowledge of products and care).

the installers were there from 930 am to 930 pm. they did not finish carpeting the closets. i have not heard from anyone when that will be scheduled.

We worked with Margie and she was great! She took the time to bring vinyl and carpet samples to our house on her own time and guide us towards some very good choices. Then the installation was scheduled when we requested, the installers showed up on time, were careful & clean and finished the job quickly. The vinyl and carpet we picked was priced very reasonably and looks great! All in all, we were very happy and would recommend Margie and the Boulder team without any reservations!

The main issue is we like our new kitchen floor. There were glitches in the process but everything was good at the end. The installer was professional and got it done by the end of the day.

This is my second experience with Carpet Exchange and they did an excellent job. Greg Ruff is hands down one of the best salesman in the business. He has a vast amount of knowledge and will point you in the write direction. He is my go to person for flooring and you will learn be working with him.

Heads up - the list above didn't have Longmont showing - last three lines showed blank so I selected the last one. Overall a great experience. There was a delay with the carpet, which I assume was out of your control. The Andromeda Pine samples and pictures are not the same as what was installed but it still looks great (luckily). There was an issue with the carpet installers, but it was resolved quickly.

Doris and Eli were very helpful with product selection and scheduling process for installation. Samples provided for use in our home were very helpful in our carpet selection. Installation team were on time, cleaned after install and answered our question easily. Have already recommended Carpet Exchange to our neighbors.

Alexandra Spicer was a great help in helping me narrow down my choices quickly to a dog resistant carpet and helped with color selection. I needed a quick delivery/install time so she was able to locate an in-stock color. The installer Johnny Marquez was efficient and worked with me on a few decisions, i.e. where the seam should be, how to set the edge to the existing kitchen floor, etc. Overall great experience!

We have lived in our current home for almost 21 years and decided it was time to do a total refresh in our entire 2400 sq ft house. This included new luxury laminate floors on the entire main level, carpet on our second floor and stairs to our basement, beautiful granite counter tops, new backsplash tile in the kitchen, and of course, a few new rugs! Everything turned out beautifully! We had a few of our own contractors for dry wall, trim, and paint. Everyone worked seamlessly to complete our project. This project stayed on budget and on the schedule that worked for us and all of the outside contractors! Christopher Mowers was our main contact and coordinator at the Greeley Carpet Exchange store. He was helpful, friendly, professional, and was available when I had questions. He went above and beyond with all of the coordination that we needed. We were done with beautiful new carpet and rooms nearly restored by 6:00 pm. They were incredibly neat and so organized during a messy process. It was impressive from start to finish. Hello- I purchased from Longmont store. It was not listed above so I put in Boulder. Please update. Only complaints was carpet I picked out was not on the web site (Karastan Mountain Vista II - Castle) and when I ordered a sample it never arrived. Installation was very good and Luis and Alex where great and worked extremely hard and efficiently to get my house carpeted. Thanks.

I ordered two rugs. There were some issues with delivery times. One rug especially, kept being delayed. All in all, Rob and his team did a great job. I did receive both rugs eventually and Rob went over and above to make everything right. I highly recommend Rob and his team!

I have made many purchases from the Carpet Exchange at County Line and Quebec over the past 10 years. They have installed wood flooring, heated tile floors, wall tile and backsplash, quartz counters, and carpeting in my home and each project has been extremely well done! I don't need to shop anywhere else.

Ordered carpet and LVP. Carpet arrived quickly. LVP was delayed. Had issue with carpet padding that was resolved immediately and to our satisfaction.

We worked w/Margie Shore on our custom order area rug and we were extremely pleased! She guided us through several selections and shared her honest opinion, when asked. We were on a bit of a time-crunch and she got it done. I highly recommend Carpet Exchange!

We did not even look anywhere else as the customer service was fantastic, super friendly, informed, and just willing to work with us for any ideas. Every part of the process was smooth. I appreciated the care taken to match the carpet I was looking for. The installers were hard working and went above and beyond to even repair a part of the carpet in a hall way that they were not responsible for.

Job has not been completed. Sales rep stated I did not need quarter round under cabinets, installer disagreed. Floor is not completed still waiting for this to be completed. Have not heard any updates from sales rep in almost two weeks. Hard to complete a survey for a job not completed. Contractor was great, haven't heard from the sales rep since first payment. Feel mislead and so far not satisfied. Figured I would give them a few more days to reach out to get final touches added. Still waiting...

I have used carpet exchange several times and have always been satisfied. I did have a few issues with the measurements as well as the team that came to install but the Manager was professional and handled both issues to my satisfaction.

Just an excellent experience. It took us 6-7 visits to finally nail down our carpet and color selection. Each time we came back to the store everyone was friendly regardless of the salesperson. Our rep Jen never pushed us to a decision even though it took 4 weeks to get what we wanted. They were also very knowledgeable on the different types of carpets and to boot they also had the best price. Most importantly you can get a great price but what about the installation. AWESOME- we were called to coordinate a date, called that morning from the installers for their arrival time. Our installers were 2nd to none. Very professional team and also assisted me in moving the furniture where needed. Install took 1.5 days to complete 4 bedrooms plus the living area. Removed all the old carpet and totally cleaned up the areas for scapes etc. Their installation was expertly completed and far better than we expected. We had around 170 sq yards of carpet and yet only had a 4 x 6 feet of carpet lefty showing everything was also measured perfectly. IMO look no further than Carpet Exchange.

Love new quartz counter top. Was even better than we expected. Installers did installation very quickly and tidy.

Sales team was amazing. I pre-ordered way in advance and they were very accommodating. When installation day arrived only 1 guy was there to install so it took him 8 hours. There should have been follow up with installer to make sure he was assisted

Mike Peterson at the Greeley location was great to work with. He took my information, went and measured the project and gave me an estimate within just a couple of days. Mike took my call after I believe he clocked out for the day and still placed my order. Carpet and Pad were installed within a week, not to mention the weekend after New Years! Install went quick and was very well done. Mikes friendliness, professionalism and timeliness will absolutely bring me back to Carpet Exchange in the future! My experience with carpet exchange is very good overall. I especially appreciated being able to lock in our installment date once we paid for the carpet. I'd like Home Depot that even though you pay for your carpet, they have no idea when you're going to get it.

The store manager Laura was extremely knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. I had some LVP and some carpet installed in my older home and the installers were on time, respectful of the house and did a beautiful job. The gentleman who installed the LVP, Alex, went above and beyond. Very happy with the final product both LVP and carpet. Great job all around. 5 stars.

In December I purchased carpet for my stairs and vinyl flooring for my friend's kitchen. Everything was great including my sales person, Phil. I have shopped at Carpet Exchange before and will continue to do so in the future!
